Shipping & duties
Delivery, and what it costs.
Orders to Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore are delivered free of charge, with duties and taxes already included in the price you pay. Nothing further is due on arrival.
Orders to Australia and New Zealand are delivered free above the thresholds shown here, and carry a flat delivery charge below them. Delivery takes five to eight business days. Duties and taxes are not included on these routes and may be payable on arrival.
Australia and New Zealand in practice. Australian parcels valued at A$1,000 or less have no duty, GST or clearance charges collected at the border, and an overseas seller trading below the A$75,000 Australian registration threshold is not required to charge Australian GST. New Zealand Customs likewise does not generally collect GST or duty at the border on consignments of NZ$1,000 or less, though a small Low-Value Goods levy applies per consignment from 1 April 2026 and carriers may pass it on. Above those thresholds, duty and tax are assessed at the border in the usual way. This is general guidance, not tax advice.
